UNFAIR & UNLOVELY ????

  •  A very 'Lame & Folly' concept of getting 'Fair & Lovely' makes my mind goes 'Flail & Lively' for writing something 'Funny & Leatherly'.

  •  The story goes like, a girl is sad because of her dark complexion,a fair girl ,actually not fair but the fairest (as she uses 'Fair & Lovely') advises her to use 'Fair & Lovely' cream ,so that she becomes another fairest girl in 4 weeks.

  • Now the first fairest girl meets another sad dark girl and tells her that 'Fair & Lovely' company makes face wash too,so 'ab nikhar dugna'.God !! fairer than the fairest, even thinking about that makes my eyes go 'split wide open'.

  • Next the first fairest girl meets a girl who is afraid of using a cream in the winter thinking it might make her fairness go down but the first fairest girl tells her 'ab nikhar ghatega nahi badhega 'by using 'Fair & Lovely' winter cream..OK the first fairest girl is really smart.

  • Now ,there is a twist in the story as the fairest girl is wearing sunglasses inside the room too.Her old friend ,whom she turned into another fairest, asks why these sunglasses to which she replies that she has dark  circles...WHAT?????HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? She uses 'Fair & Lovely' cream,'Fair & Lovely'face wash, and 'Fair & Lovely' winter cream too, then how could she have dark circles. It means either the brand is not effective or the smart girl is not that smart but dumb and un-updated as she doesn't know about her favorite company's latest product.

  • In the latest ad there is a fair girl asking God to lessen her marks ,at first the viewers would think she is talking about her grades but later it is made clear that she is talking about her facial  marks .OK ..I thought the first fairest girl will come with an anti marks cream but NOOOO..a dark girl comes with 'Fair & Lovely' anti marks cream. Why girl??? Didn't  you use any of the 'Fair & Lovely' products ?tch tch..:(

  • Now the male part of this  story , a pehelwan is using 'Fair & Lovely' cream to increase his fairness.Suddenly Shahrukh khan comes there and tells him to use 'Fair & Handsome' cream. Shahrukh, don't you know 90% of the cosmetics market is based on female customers and it is them who go and buy  groceries ,so most chances are that men will have to adjust with 'Fair & Lovely' cream only ,so don't unnecessarily awake men's ego.And also it was you in 'Lux' soap ad some years back with 4-5 top heroines, what happened why dint you launch a male version of 'Lux' then and one more question ,when the pehelwan applies the cream on his face ,how his whole body becomes fair & glowing ,did he use some body lotion too ,you dint tell us about that lotion neither that fairest girl did and if the pehelwan rubbed 'Fair & Handsome' all over his body then how is this cream economical. It will be consumed in one day only and you say we are supposed to use it for 4 weeks.

  • Anyways, my question is why not all the fair people of the world are lovely and do the owners of the company also use that 'Fair & Lovely'cream and are they that fair too,if not then why do we believe them and buy such racist products. In the end its the fairness of the soul which matters and not the skin.

JO WADA KIYA WO.....:p

This song perfectly suits my dear hubby, as he promised me once that he will take me to the Taj Mahal and you know how difficult it is for a man to escape his promise.:)

We both have been there separately, so I wanted to visit it with him .This Sunday he finally agreed to go there.I don't know why but he was not as excited as me.:(..Anyways finally we left for the white wonder of the world..

When we reached at the gate we started looking for some vehicle to go inside.Soon we got a rickshaw. The rickshaw puller seemed to be quite expert of his job.He asked if we would like to know about the structures which come on the way and he will charge 20 more bucks for it.We told him that we were not interested. But as he was quite professional he insisted that we should do that ,then avoiding more conversation with him we agreed. Like a tape recorder he told us everything and in between he used to rebuked us when we talked with each other saying" hello bhaisab idhar suno" and YE LO we reached at the entrance in two minutes just like instant noodles. We thought, was that all??

After taking the tickets we got lined up in the common queue , as few minutes passed a police man came asking me to go to the 'mahila line'.I got sad because I wanted to be with my dear hubby, so what if it was a queue. But due to the circumstances we had to get separated.Alas!!!!But it wasn't  that bad too..;p as I reached the premises pretty fast .The'mahila line' was divided into two parts ,one was for Indian Women and other was for 'high value ladies'(i.e.,for foreigner ladies).I told to myself even if I had taken the high value ticket I would have preferred going from the Indian women line only ,as it sounded decent.:P.Then after a decade or something my husband reached inside the premises and then we proceeded towards the monument of love.

Some people ask me if i go to The Taj Mahal daily,as I stay in Agra.I want to tell them It was my first time after my marriage.:).I always imagined going there with my husband. As I had told you he wasn't that excited ,but who can remain uninterested after seeing the first look of the astonishing monument. He forgot everything and started enjoying seeing it.Soon a photographer came and asked us if we will take snaps clicked by him which will cost 50 bucks for each print and we had to take minimum six.As we are good bargainers :) (which we think we are)we convinced him for 3 prints.(Its a different thing that later we took all the ten prints as we really liked all the snaps taken by the clever photographer.;-).There were many things worth watching apart from the Taj.Good looking foreigner girls are one of them.I felt my dear hubby was looking at one.I asked if he was ,to which he smartly replied he was admiring The Great Shahjahan's creation behind and not some Brit's.:P
After viewing and adoring The Great Taj Mahal we moved towards the gate where our photographer was waiting for us ,but we couldn't resist turning back and watching The Taj again for some more time.Altogether we spent a serene Sunday evening at the Taj appreciating its beauty. But I feel its actually the time we spent together made us feel special and not the monument, as we can have that nice feeling sitting at our terrace too.:)

Bhrashtachar ko namaskar...:)

Helloo frenz...I often get haunted with this question in my mind that why some people (Respected Anna & team)are sacrificing their sleep and comfort for eradicating a God gifted characteristic from people.I think you have guessed what I am talking about .Oh Yes,It's "corruption".
I think many of you will not agree with me but I feel that all of us are corrupt and that's God given.A kid wants to take a bigger share of chocolate than his sibling , even though he is assumed to be a form of God  .We don't mind if we get an unusual free recharge to our phone. We feel so happy that even start humming some song, like 'aaj main upar, aasman niche' types :P.I believe this is corruption because we want to enjoy the luxury of what is not supposed to be ours .But when this corruption takes an uglier form, it start harming other people and that is something which should not happen. So ,when some people are shouting and getting high blood pressure for eradicating this characteristic, I say that folks take a chill pill ,tussi thand rakho.Don't try to eradicate it, lets get befriended with it.Lets say when The Great Government give some department a huge amount of money ,let the officials enjoy it but the enjoyment should not hamper the plan of the government. Like if government is asking to make some park and give them 5 rs per brick, then let them have 1 re for themselves and as they can work in 3 rs (which they do and keep the 2 in their pocket ,sometimes they keep even 4 and to the worst they sometimes don't make the park and keep all the money in their potlis)the rest of the 1 re should go to the needy, the actual needy, whats bad in it?The billionaire businessmen also are scared of  God.They do social work to clad their meanness. So when some officer is keeping that 1 re, we should smile and say bhaisab you keep 1 re but do donate the rest of the 1 re to someone needy .We can also give them  suggestions (which we are expert  of)  like, you can manage with the allotted space for the park and make an extra footpath besides the park for beggars so that they also feel luxurious while begging or make an office for them so that they learn the proper way to beg.Just kidding.:P.But seriously a lot can be done with that amount. Many homeless can get a shelter and many more things.
In short, I want the corruption to be legalized as in the form of a bonus because if something is banned your urge to do it increases but when legalized it hardly matters whether you do it or not. Also beggars should also be kept in consideration as they are increasing with a quadruple speed .Also they should be provided with uniforms, to make them feel that government take care of them as well.:P.Okie enough of this crap, lets come to the  point
So, according to me, even if 'The Lokpal' comes, corruption is not going to be vanished. But yes it can always be transformed to some other virtue. As the law of thermodynamics says 'Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.'corruption for me is the same.wat say folks??
chow for now..:)

Thand hai bhai thand hai..:)

Helloo frenz...To start with my first blog, I would like the topic to be the one I am feeling right now to the utmost and that is the shivering cold on my feet, on my head everywhere. We have a conversation of it daily like for five to ten times. On phone, we ask how is the cold there, is the sun out, here toh its very cold ,I wonder what has happened to the climate and blah blah. Sometimes we get a chance to make other people jealous by saying ,here toh sun is at full rise and what a warmth I am feeling right now sitting outside in the balcony. How mean is that, isn't it?With neighbors we get an easy topic to talk with also we get a golden chance of having a hot cup of tea with them. Its not the neighbors I am calling golden but the cup of tea.
Maids complain that they cant do 'pocha' everyday as its too cold or they want some hot water to do the 'bartan'etc, milkman comes late because of the fog and many more such consequences.
Rather ,the best part of  the water supply problem nowadays is that u get a fair reason for not taking bath and to pretend that I take bath daily otherwise, its the water problem that I am compromising it.Also when it comes to other job related with water ,hands get frozen.Leaving the quilt and going for some work takes hours to materialize.
And how can I forget the pathetic electricity conditions in UP.Just now there comes a power cut, baring its teeth to me.Now in the darkness how is it possible to do some other work except sitting on the internet till there is charge in the laptop. Also the darkness effect is making me feel more cold and is forcing me to go and sleep in the cozy bed.Chow for Now.
